Mosaic map of Tetraodon Nigroviridis genome (Top)

Segmentation along Tetraodon Nigroviridis chromosomes obtained by our method. The detected H, L and M regions appear respectively in red, green and blue. To check the coherence of isochore prediction, the graph is shown with two other plots: a plot of the distribution of the gene density, and a plot of the G+C content along the chromosome.
